Happy First Week Of Teaching!!

This is Lee's first week of being an 'official' teacher. He's the best teacher on campus! (In our opinion! I've never actually seen him teach.... hmmm... haha. ) We were already having the Elders over for dinner, so we made it a party too. My favorite part was when Amy and I were hanging everything. She said, "Mom. I have an idea. I think you, me and Will should hide. And when Daddy comes home, and in the door, we yell 'Surprise!'" I love that I have rubbed off on her! haha.

We love MTSU's colors- royal blue and white. The afternoon lighting in my kitchen isn't that great, so you'll have to forgive the low quality of pictures.

After I hung this up, Amy said, "Oh! My cute Daddy!!" 

The sign says, "Happy First Week of School. We Love You"

Every place setting had a cup, specially decorated by Amy.
The colored things are poppers.
But I can't seem to get them to work. 

Each cup was different. This one is Lee's and has eyes and a mustache.
She thought it was hilarious.  

Lee loved his little party. I tried a new pizza crust recipe and it was really good. We love our Elders, one or both may be transferred this weekend, so we were glad to have them over before that happened. I have a picture of them and another of Will talking to the tshirt of Lee, but they are on my camera and Lee took it for the weekend. I'll just have to add them later!
