It's like many other children museums/play places. There are different stations and each is something different and fun. The kids had a great time. I think they had stimulation overload! So many new and fun things to do!
In the Firetruck. Will was a great driver, even though he couldn't reach the pedals.

The place has 22 acres of wetlands. We only walked around a part of it.
Supposedly there are beavers, ducks and other type things.
We didn't see anything- it was too cloudy.
The painting/art area
She drew a fish. She had just made a paper plate/tissue paper fish, but we forgot it.

And of course, my kids found and L.O.V.E.D the water area.
What can I say? I've been a good influence. hahaha.
There are lots of other areas, I didn't get pictures of everything. We were just getting the lay of the land today. I decided to buy the season pass because I know we'll be back. Plus, all the programs are free with the pass, so I'm sure it's worth it. Now we have somewhere else fun to go!!

ReplyDeleteI like the fun center better than the woods!!! I can see why the kids had such a good time. We have a great Childrens museum here with a play area too. Next time you come we'll have to plan on going. I'm so glad you are searching out all the new places to go for a fun day. It helps you keep your sanity and keeps the kids learning too.
