Random Things

I've been wanting a shelf somewhere in our house. Someplace I can change the decor and such. I finally decided to put it in our entryway, so right when you walk in the front door, you see it. But I never went out and bought a shelf. Yesterday, I was in the garage, in my craft cabinet and guess what I found?! Yep, a shelf! I had forgotten I had it! I'm glad I didn't buy another! This is my salute to November.

Do you think we've given Will enough Tylenol? Just by observing us, he's learned how to get the lid off (its supposed to be child proof, maybe it wasn't on very tight???) and proceeded to try and fill the dropper. He's a quick one! Luckily he's not coordinated enough to actually fill the dropper.... but I guess we'll have to make sure the meds are up higher.

Thanks to a recipe from Anna, I've been making this wonderful Artisian bread. It's SO easy. 4 ingredients and you are done. Each batch makes 5 loaves, and you can keep the dough in the fridge for 2 weeks. So you just pull out what you want, let it rise and bake. Delicious!! (Anna, I'm SO sorry you are gluten free now!)

Oh Will...... I was getting dinner ready, plates set, etc. One item wasn't quite done yet, so I was waiting on it before calling everyone. Will came in the kitchen, looked around then walked out. I didn't think anything of it. A few minutes later, he came in with a laundry basket. I figured he was just going to sit it in.... oh no, no, no. He turned it upside down and climbed up so he could get closer to the food! He ate all of his pineapple before dinner was even served. He's inventive!

  2. What a smart little guy! I think if we put Brecken and him together we might be in trouble! Ha, ha! Love the Fall decor. You've inspired me to get out our holiday decorations...and maybe do a little baking b/c that bread looks yummy!

  3. Hahahaha! It's the smart kids you have to worry about :) You know, when you said you needed a mantle to hang stockings, I almost suggested a shelf like that to hang somewhere. Very cute!
