Lately

Amy has used her beloved 'purple pillow' as a blanket.... 

or more like a cocoon.....

Will has found a love of coloring, just like his sister. 

Maybe we have 2 artists on our hands?? 

I broke out the sewing machine to make a fabric bunting banner for Amy's room. I don't have pictures of the finished product, or even it hanging up yet, but don't you just love the colors!??! 

We have enjoyed play time... under Wills' crib..... 

and of course, just being silly.... 

Amy got a haircut. Her long hair was always getting tangled and that meant lots of tears every morning. So we went 4 inches shorter, more like a bob. It's really cute on her. (yes, she still fits into the rehearsal dinner dress from almost 2 years ago! Soon it'll go to Adeline)

Lee got a phone call from our dear friends JJ and Christine. They were in town, visiting family, and wanted to come by for dinner on Sunday. Of course we were overjoyed at the company! It's so great to see old friends! JJ was in our wedding and Lee was in their's. 

They brought their dogs, which of course our kids couldn't get enough of! 

And we enjoyed a little outdoor play/talk time. 

Yes, Will can't wait to ride the bike.
