A few weeks ago I got Amy and myself tickets to the local theater to see Beauty and the Beast. As it so happens- Tuesday night we got an invite to Amy's friend, Presleigh's, birthday party- also on Saturday. The show was at 3pm and the party was at 1pm. Ahhhh! (for the record- to anyone reading this- please give people more than half a week's notice to your kids birthday party!!) They had those big jumpy things at the party. And since we had to leave early to get to the play on time, I was afraid it would be hard to get Amy to leave. But she was a champ and was probably ready to go since she kept getting bounced and knocked around. We came home for a quick change of clothes and then headed off.
That place was packed! Wow! There was only one showing and I think every little girl in Hattiesburg was there. There was a sea of hair bows.... hahaha.
She was really great throughout the whole show. It was a different rendition than Disney's, so I was afraid she wouldn't like it, but she did. Amy was just reaching her sitting limit when it ended. An hour exactly! Perfect! (the music was really nice and the actor's voices were amazing!!)
Afterwards we went to the store to get Amy 2 new dresses- since I can't get her to wear sweaters or shirts under the sundresses she has (it's cold at church). Then we went and got ice cream.
A play, shopping and ice cream with my girl! What could be better??!!!
Lee stayed home with Will to do "man things." Apparently that included teaching him how to walk, or at least push the empty water storage container around! I have a feeling this boy will be walking on his own soon.

- That was a busy day. But sounds like a lot of fun. Will is doing a good job. Maybe you should let him hang on to the vaccuum then he can learn to walk and clean at the same time. Love always.
- Now THATS a good idea Aunt Lynn! He loves it when the vacuum is out.... hmmmmm.... I'll get working on that!
