A SNOW Day??

Well, not really. The kids got out of school 2 hours early one day and it was a little comical. But in defense of the school system, it was snowing pretty hard and the temperature was dropping. It didn't stick enough for school to be out the next day though, much to the kids dismay.

Amy and I skipped through the pouring snow in a parking lot. It was really pretty ,even if it was short-lived.

The kids did their We Want a Snow Day "pajamas inside out, ice cubed flushed down the toilet, white crayon in the freezer, spoon under their pillow" ritual. It never works, maybe they should change it up.

This is about as much "Snow" as we got. It was pretty on the plants though.

 

Oh well. Last year we didn't have any snow-like weather so maybe with all these hints of it, we'll actually get some this year! Time will tell!
