He had his 6 month check-up today... he's 18 3/4 lbs and 26 inches long. He was in the 60-something percentile in his weight, length and head measurements. He's starting to sit up on his own and still continues to get up a little on his knees. I feed him solids once or twice a day- he loves them! He's getting a little feisty and when something doesn't go his way he starts this ear piercing scream. It's kind of funny. You can tell he just wants to GO. He also drools over Will's sippy cup. It's so funny trying to watch him get it. He smiles easily and if he keeps it up- he'll have everyone he meets eating out of his hand.
He's a good baby and we just love him to pieces!
Amy has certain "jobs" that she can do to earn some money. One that she loves to do is watch Tyler for 10 minutes (I'm nearby, of course). Tonight she wanted to read him and Will a book. It was so cute watching her read to them, and them have her undivided attention. I think she read them 3 or 4 books- it was great!
I've had these tissue pom-poms on our kitchen light for months. They were for a party I threw and I just never climbed up to take them down. Anyhow, I finally did- and Amy thought they were just like regular pom-poms. The kids had fun playing with them.
Time sure does fly. I don't think gram has that many pics of Uncle Mike. At least Tyler wont wonder if he was adopted. Nice to have a built in babysitter. I'm not sure which of the three enjoyed that more. Oh yeah maybe you. Love always.
