This is a picture Lauren sent me when they had Amy. Amy loved being on the lake! I think this is the cutest picture.
Lee is teaching a Crime Scene Investigation class this summer. When we got home, he said he needed help making a 'body.' He was just going to cut out a piece of cardboard for the head and feet (they have to measure the length of the 'body'). I said, "That's it? Why don't you also lay out some old clothes?" Lee said, "See? That's why I married you. I'm just not good at arts and crafts stuff." To which I replied, "Well.... I don't consider making a dead body out of cardboard to be 'arts and crafts'..... but okaaaay....."
So here is our 'dead' body. Will thought this was hilarious.
Complete with smiling faces that Amy added. (We didn't tell her the 'dead' part, of course)
It's fun helping Daddy with his classroom! haha.
Lastly, I started giving Tyler the taggie blanket that Jenny (the one on Lee's side) made us. He loves it! It's so cute watching him hold stuff. And super bonus- he slept for 7 hours last night! I'm only bragging in case he never does it again. hahaha
Pictures well worth the wait. I think Lee did get a good deal. I guess between the dog and the lake it was hard to convince Amy she lives in Tenn. Love always.
