Since our house is stupid- we have to cover all the windows with plastic, which makes looking out of the windows kind of impossible. So, I was standing on the gliding ottoman, looking out the windows on the front door, at the fireworks, and bam. The ottoman fell over, I fell down, hitting my tail bone on it as it popped up and then hitting my tail bone again as I slammed onto the floor. OUCH! It was REALLY painful. I had to lay there for a few minutes, but I didn't hear anything pop, or break, so I figured I was ok. Of course Lee was right there beside me making sure I was ok. After awhile I was able to get up, but I was (and still am) pretty sore. So I got my wish, and just laid on the couch. (and yes, over and over again I thanked the Lord that I didn't break anything!) I didn't sleep well last night either because a HUGE storm rolled though. It was so loud that it was impossible to sleep. I was very grateful to Lee who let me have a nice long nap this morning!
Today both of the boys got haircuts. Will's was getting pretty long- or I should say "tall!" haha. So I had to trim it down a little
That's about it for us!
We had a few days of 70 degree weather, but we are back down to "cold" again.
Oh well. It IS January. :)

- Happy New Year to you guys! You guys stayed up longer than we did...we got B to bed by 8:00 and we went to bed shortly after...the holidays can wear you out! Ha!
- Wow, what a great group of new posts. I too vote GOOD BYE to 2010. I'm hoping for a much quieter year as well. We did make it to midnight with our puzzle and toasted with the milkshakes. I love to see Will use a straw. Mikey learned that early as well. Not all kids get the idea so young. Steve is not too sure of the green smoothie idea yet. I figure you have about a week, maybe less, before nothing is safe from Will. About the rug burn picture, at first it was a little hard to figure out what you were showing. Glad you clarified. Here's another hurrah to a great 2011. Love always.
- Sorry you had such a bad fall. Like Lynn I'm glad you clarified what part of your body was showing. I bet you're still sore from such a big fall. Glad you didn't break any bones. I had a great time New Years Eve, I stayed ofer night and celebrated with Mike and Donna and their gang. We played games and had a wonderful time. I hope 2011 will be a great year for everyone. Stay well and keep up your fantastic display of pictures again this year. Love to you all. Gram,
