Hibernating

Hmmmmmm..... seems that Charleston is leading... that's my pick too!
Although living back home, near Mom/Dad and Adam/Lauren and kids would be fun too.
Awh heck- who am I kidding- anywhere that has insulation is good with us-
we aren't asking for much, huh? Watch us end up in Dalton.

I know most of you have been under some serious winter weather.
Snowed in for days and such.
What fun! We have been cold, cold, cold. But no snow or anything- just cold.
Which is strange since one day last week we spent the day in the
glorious, warm, outdoors.

I asked Grandma Hiliger if she would send us some warm, waterproof gloves. We can only get the knit kind here- and we all know they don't keep your hands warm and if they get wet they are useless. She was kind enough to indulge us and here's Amy trying on her's. Do you notice her eyes look weird? I've come to realize this means she is GROWING again. I told her to stop growing and she looked and me sadly and said, "Mom, I can't."

Falling asleep while reading

So those are all of our updates for now. The cold is making me lazy, because all I want to do is huddle under a blanket all day. I actually made cookies today, just for an excuse to turn on the oven and heat up the kitchen.
(I do the opposite in the summer because it gets SO hot in there!)
Hopefully it'll warm up soon! 22 degree weather is not for us.

This picture makes me laugh. Not because of the cute boy in it, but because of what he is wearing. This is a 12-18 month outfit from Maddox. Granted, it runs a little small, size wise. But I remember Maddox AND Jackson having identical outfits and Maddox walking into Mom's house while wearing it. We all know the Nagel boys are small- and that Will is big- but it still makes me laugh. He will definitely outgrow this soon.

Glad moms gloves made a hit. 22 is kind of cold for you guys. We are having more snow. Yesterday at this time it was 9. Today 14 a heat wave. Some new snow as well. We are over 65 inches so far. Normal is only 40. Winter could be done now, but I guess that's too much to hope for. The kids look cute. Amy sure seems to love her books. I voted Charleston but I really want Kennesaw too. I have to admit it's great living near mom. Love always.

Glad the gloves fit Amy. Hope you won't need the gloves very often for the rest of the winter. It is sure cold here, it's supposed to go down to 0 tonight or tomorrow morning. Glad I don't have to go anywhere early in the morning. Love Will in the jump suit. He sure is a gig little guy. I can't wait to squeeze him. Love to you all, Gram
