February

Anna has a cool story about adding the E to the end of this road sign that says Sloan. Her neighbor had a grandchild who passed away (age 3ish) and it was spelled with an E. At the request of the mother, Anna and a friend went out in the stark of night and added the E the night before the funeral. It was a really cool story, I'll have ot have her write it so I can share.

Cynthia West, Marisa Tipps and I went to the temple.

Amy leaves a smiley face pretty much everywhere she goes- we call it her mark. This was at the neighbors house while she watched their dogs. The neighbor was so tickled about it when she got back.

I got to be on the radio! It was fora local station for Master Gardeners. I've done it a few times, it's fun.

The demo gardens at the Master Gardener area has a vineyard. We prune the vines every Winter and then harvest in September!

More Archery. This time Amy and Tyler got to shoot next to each other.

We saw an albino deer!

We got a fairy egg! It's a little tiny egg that happens every so often. I didn't get a picture of it when I cracked it, but there was barely a yolk.

We had some wind damage to our roof. Which was good as we needed a new one, we were just waiting for the right storm to mess it up enough for insurance to pay for a new one.

Tyler enjoying his Valentines Day box. This kid loves Valentines day treats. His box is always his favorite thing.

He goes through his box and reads every card.

This is how I feel driving with Amy. Luckily, Lee nearly all the time takes her driving.

I did the Hot Chocolate run- again! This was year 9. I'm shooting for 10 years.

More archery. At the time, Amy wouldn't wear her glasses or contacts. The glasses were a vanity thing (even though she looks adorable in them) and the contacts- well she said she couldn't get them in her eyes. The family rule was she couldn't get her license until she wore her contacts consistently. When she was frustrated with her archery score, we suggested that her glasses/contacts would also help with that. Lee liked bringing his iPad so he could "send messages" to the kids while they were shooting. Amy was not a fan of this one. haha.
