We started October off with our annual camping trip.
Amy found a dog (this isn't ours. Our did come along though.)
As usual, while camping, it alternates between sun and rain.
Tyler had been unsteady with bike riding- until the camping trip. I knew if he was around others and was determined he would figure it out. And he did! It was great.
These pictures are out of order, but we always go out to eat at Wendy's the first night after we all set up camp. It was quite a crowd! I think the Wendy's people were a little overwhelmed.

Another Nachos trip
The Middle Half Marathon water table. Lee ran the race this year along with another friend of ours.

Lee and I went on a date night scavenger hunt. It was fun. Our team did NOT win. hahaha.

This is Amy's seminary class. They were celebrating someone's birthday.
We did a 72 hour kit class at church one night.
For several months, Will had to wear this crazy head gear at home and at night. I'm not sure how much it helped, but he was certainly diligent about it.
Amy is our in house painter. I made these shelves to keep her paints a bit more organized and she loves them!

This Halloween, we broke tradition. Until this year the kids had a matching theme costume each year. This year we just couldn't get it together. It ended up on Halloween night, Amy was sick. So that kind of worked out.
But before that, the boys each had to dress as a book character for school. Will chose the pigeon from the Mo Willems books and Tyler was Harry Potter. Tyler wanted to stay Harry for actual Halloween while Will changed his costume a bank robber.
We went to the Barry's neighborhood for trick or treating. It was a lot of fun!
Our friends, Lydia and Chris Westmoreland dressup really fun each year. This year they were Mrs Frizzle and the Magic Schoolbus from the books. I thought they did a great job!
